Work and love.
We came to the same conclusion.
It is time to MOVE ON when the situation goes...
1. Decent benefit and environment, yet the career prospect is vague and almost close to non-existant. ( You know there are people "waiting in line" to get promoted)
2. There is no apparent significance with/without you being in the company in terms of realistic operation to spiritual connection. (especially to the point that they will keep you happily for now, but if you attempt to ask for more, the company would rather give up on you.)
So now, what you have to do is...
1. Accept the fact that sadly, you do not have special/unique value to your company and can be replaced with minimal effort.
2. Launch yourself in an environment where you are valued. Yes, it is risky. But come on...why would you want to hold a piece of sugar-coated shit when you can just free and relax your hands?
Then there comes the dilemma,
there is always one piece in your heart,
making you to hope that the current situation is not as bad as you think,
what is bad is your perception.
Yeah. Basically it is like Inception the movie...wait a minute, did I get to a conclusion really?
